A NIE number is required when you:

Before you Start

We will need the following:

Full details (name, address, marital status, passport number and parents' names)
Passport copy
With the above, we prepare a power of attorney draft for the applicant, which they must have legalised along with a copy of their passport.
Once we receive the legalised POA and passport, we can submit the applications and obtain the number in 1 to 2 weeks.
Supporting documentation to prove the reason to apply. E.g. Details of the property being purchased or sold, death certificate of relative in case the reason is related to an inheritance process, etc.
